Your order cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a demonstrable production defect.
We do not handle complains about color deviations or dissatisfaction, as well as sales items. Sales items cannot be exchanged or returned and will not be considered for evaluation. All complaints must be submitted to MEILACARE by email within 48 hours of receiving your web shop order or onsite purchase via info@meilacare. Please include your invoice number, a photo of the defect and the article number in your email.
After receiving your email, MEILACARE will respond within 5 business days with a solution, often in the form of a replacement, exchange or credit.
Items returned without prior notification or registration will not be processed. All items must be in their original condition.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
